10 Ayurvedic Remedies for Epilepsy

1) Take a piece of goat bone and burn the bone. Take the half gram of powdered ash and mix it with little hot water and drink. 2) Take one teaspoon of Bocopa monnieri juice, acorus calamus powder and honey mixed together should be taken. 3) For small children ruta graveolens should be tied in small bunches and tied around the waist 4) Pepper should be powdered and tied in a cloth and burned. Remedies for Allergy

Below mentioned are some of the Ayurvedic remedies for Allergy 1. Ocimum tenuiflorum (tulasi or tulsi) should be added to water and boiled. Then cool it, and take a shower in this water. 2. Bauhinia Purpurea leaf should be smashed and the same should be rubbed on the body, will act as a cure for different types of allergies. 3. Terminalia Bellerica seed should be powdered and boiled. When cooled take shower in it. 4. Take Murraya Koenigii (Curry Leaf) and Curcuma Longa (Turmeric) in equal weight and grind without water and make this into small pills. Take these pills daily. 5. Take Mimosa Pudica (Touch-me-not) and coconut oil. Boil it together and the same can be rubbed on the body. 6. Cultivation Methods of Ajwain

Common name: Ajwain (Trachyspermum Ammi) Sanskrit Name: Yavanika German Name: Tolib-ul-Khubza Gulf Name: Zinianas Nankhuah Malayalam Name: Homam         The seeds of this crop are used as spices. Ajwain has many medicinal properties. It is widely used in traditional house hold remedies. This plant grows well in India and is largely cultivated in eastern India. The crop can be grown on wide variety of soil from heavy clay to elite loams. Ajwain is very sensitive to water logging and need good drainage. Ajwain is tolerant to drought. The best time for sowing of this crop is early august month. Propagation Methods The seeds are sown directly in the field. The seeds take 8 to 10 days to geminate. Thinning should be carried out when the plant gets a height of 20 to 25 cm. 1.5kg of seeds per hectare is required for sowing. Continue reading

Cure for Baldness and Good Growth of Hair

Method 1 Lawsonia Alba(henna) leafs are grinded without water. Then take 5 times of coconut oil and boil the mixture for 5 minutes. When its cooled, strain the same and store in a bottle Then it can be used regularly. Method 2 Take Sida Retusa (a whole plant) and smash into pulp. Do not add water in the pulp. Method 1 Take Murraya Koenigii (Curry Leaf) 20 grams and boil with 100ml of coconut oil and strain. Then apply it on the head. This act as a natural remedy for Premature Graying of hair Method 2 Take Emblica Officinalis (gooseBerry) 10 numbers and boil with water. After some time stop heating and cool it. When the water is cooled, wash the hair with it. It works as a grey hair remedy Method 3 Take Henna Samphire Leaf (henna) and grind it well. Then dry it in shade. After drying the Henna Leaf, it can be mixed with coconut oil and rubbed on the hair. Ayurvedic Treatment for the Removal of Dandruff

There are a lot of methods of treatment for the dandruff in Ayurveda. These methods which are mentioned below can be considered as the natural remedies to get rid of dandruff. 1. Take green gram and make it into powdered form. Mix the same with curd and rub it on the hair and keep it for 5 minutes and then wash it with warm water. This will help in the removal of dandruff. 2. Heat olive oil and rub it into the scalp. This will clear the dandruff. 3. Take Ocimum tenuiflorum, piper bettle and ixora. Grind these entire things in a grinder without adding water. Boil the grinded paste with coconut oil. Proportion is 1:1:1 and oil 2 part. Filter the contents and rub the extract on the hair. After 10 minutes take a shower and clean the oil. 4. Azadirachta indica leaf should be boiled in water and then cooled. Wash the head with this cooled water removing the leaves of Azadirachta indica.
